Kirstin Chan

Senior Financial Controller

Senior Financial Controller with over 18 years of experience in finance and accounting with a focus on investment management companies, including private equity and alternative investments. Kirstin is based in Houston and is responsible for overseeing finance functions across Quinbrook’s U.S. offices

Prior to joining Quinbrook in 2023, Kirstin was Head of Finance at Lionstone Investments, a private equity real estate investment firm, where she was responsible for leading all aspects of the accounting and finance functions and oversight of the real estate debt portfolio.

Previously, Kirstin was Senior Manager in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialising in the financial audits of asset management companies across a broad range of asset classes.

Kirstin holds a BA in Economics from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
