She has held roles with Standard Chartered, UBS and Bank of New York Mellon (BNY) and worked in Hong Kong with BNY, where she helped expand the Investment Management business in Asia

  • Leading the design and implementation of a global 360-feedback tool for 11,000 line managers, enhancing leadership development.
  • Spearheading the setup of the HR infrastructure for international projects, including new office establishments and employee onboarding.
  • Developing and delivering training programmes to improve service excellence and feedback skills, resulting in measurable improvements in employee and client engagement.
  • Kuljit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
