Major projects included winning and leading a multi-year project to design the Singapore Secondary Gas Trading Market; delivering Singapore Power Services’ 10-year strategic plan and advising Singtel on its decision to enter the Singaporean electricity retail market

• Recognised as a global energy expert, James speaks regularly at industry conferences across Australia and Asia, was an inaugural member of the Who’s Who energy expert list and has been listed in 2018, 2019 and 2020

• Known for his actionable insight, James has conducted bottom-up reform of power and gas markets, changed the regional structure of the Australian electricity market, set retail regulated electricity prices for millions of Australian households, designed carbon/renewable energy schemes and supported AUD$15 billion plus in energy transactions and investments

• James holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne majoring in Theoretical Physics and a Master of Economics from the University of Sydney

Mr. Curran is responsible for capital formation in North America. 

• Prior to joining Quinbrook, Matt was a Principal at Equilibrium Capital, a sustainability-driven real asset manager.  He was responsible for capital formation and investor relations between 2012 and 2023

• Matt primarily looked after investors in North America and Japan.   During his time at Equilibrium, he raised a series of funds focused on the areas of Vertically Integrated Permanent Crops, Controlled Environment Agriculture, and Carbon Transition Infrastructure, which resulted in nearly $2.5 billion in capital formation

• Before Equilibrium, Matt spent 13 years at Pantheon, a global private market specialist.  He began his career on the operational side of the business before transitioning to look after Investor Relations and Capital Formation in North America as a Vice President

Ms. Ramanathan is responsible for offtake origination and customer relationships

• Shalini works closely with Quinbrook’s portfolio companies to identify and execute relationship based, origination and offtake agreements for Quinbrook projects

• She has extensive experience in origination and project development in U.S. power markets and a track record of closing >2GW of renewable projects representing more than USD 2.5B in transaction value

• Ms. Smith-Maxwell has successfully advised on more than 4GW of renewable energy power projects including onshore wind, solar and biomass technologies. Her clean technology expertise includes behind the meter storage and battery manufacture technologies

• Rosalind was a Vice President at Fieldstone Private Capital Group between 2015 and 2020, where she focussed on transactions located in Europe and Africa. Prior to joining Fieldstone she was at Climate Change Capital for seven and a half years

Ms. Louie is responsible for financial analysis, structuring, risk and ESG assessment of new investments and ongoing asset management responsibilities

• Daniel has an extensive track record working on cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as in the development and financing of energy infrastructure projects in the U.S. and emerging markets.  He has also managed corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters for private equity portfolio companies around the world.

• Managing Director, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Emergent Technology between 2017 and 2021,  where he was responsible for all legal and regulatory matters in connection with the firm’s blockchain, digital payments and trading businesses.

• Assistant General Counsel at First Solar between 2016 and 2017, where he worked on the development, financing, acquisition, and divestiture of solar PV projects in the U.S. and Latin America.

• Partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP between 2014 and 2016, where he advised clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, project development and other complex commercial transactions with a particular focus on renewable energy projects.

• Managing Director, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Zaff Capital LP between 2012 and 2013, where he was responsible for all legal and compliance matters in connection with the firm’s fund formation and capital raising efforts as well as special situations investments in emerging markets.

Senior lawyer with over 13 years of experience in global corporate governance, fund formation and capital raising in the private equity and infrastructure sectors. Holly is a member of Quinbrook’s Executive Committee

Holly Clarke is based in London and has an extensive track record working on fund launches, corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters for global asset managers and corporations.

Prior to joining Quinbrook, Holly was Senior Legal Counsel at AMP Capital, an international investment manager with >USD 120 billion of assets-under-management across both alternative and traditional asset classes. Holly was lead in-house counsel for the global infrastructure equity fundraise, and responsible for legal and regulatory matters in connection with fund formation and capital raising efforts for the international private funds business. In addition, Holly managed corporate governance, regulatory and general legal matters across the UK, European, Middle East and Asian offices.

Holly began her career at Linklaters in the Investment Management Group, where she spent time in both the London and New York offices as well as on secondment with Ardian and Goldman Sachs International. Holly then joined the Kirkland & Ellis Funds Team in London advising clients on all aspects of fund formation and governance.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Law, London, and a Bachelor of Science from Durham University.

• Prior to joining Quinbrook in 2023, Susanna was Legal Counsel, Compliance and Transactions at Hamilton Lane, an alternative investment management firm, where she was responsible for regulatory compliance and fund matters across EMEA and legal negotiation for co-investments, credit and secondary investments.

• Previously, Susanna was Head of Compliance, EMEA & India at AMP Capital, a global investment manager, where she led the compliance and risk function, responsible for regulatory, funds and general corporate matters within EMEA and India.

• Prior to that, Susanna has held senior roles at CVC Credit Partners, the credit arm of CVC Capital Partners, where she set-up the internal compliance function, and Grantham Mayo Van Otterloo & Co. LLC (GMO), a global US-based investment manager, where she completed her legal training contract in-house.

• Susanna began her career at UBS Investment Bank within the Legal Documentation Team as well as with a UK-based hedge fund within the Legal and Compliance Team.

• Susanna holds an honors degree in Law from Queen Mary University of London and is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.

Senior marketing and communications professional with specialist experience in infrastructure and financial services.

• Joined Quinbrook in 2024 and is based in London, responsible for leading marketing and communications globally.
• Prior to joining Quinbrook, Renae was Marketing and Communications Director, Capital Formation and Investor Relations at DigitalBridge, a leading global alternative asset manager dedicated to investing in digital infrastructure.
• Previously, Renae held senior marketing and communications roles at AMP Capital, an international investment manager with more than USD 120 billion of assets-under-management across both alternative and traditional asset classes, including responsibility for marketing AMP Capital’s business in EMEA and North America.
• Prior to AMP Capital, Renae worked in corporate affairs for AMP Limited in Australia, a publicly listed bank and wealth manager.
• Renae began her career in public relations and marketing consultancy roles working with a number of blue-chip clients.
• Holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.

Senior Financial Controller with 18 years’ experience in finance and accounting based in Brisbane and responsible for the finance function in Australia.

• Prior to joining Quinbrook at the start of 2024, Matthew was a Finance Director at Brookfield Asset Management within the Fund Financial Operations team looking after the US funds developments and active commercial property assets.
• Previously, Matthew worked as a Senior Financial Accountant at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Southern Housing Group in the UK, and as a Business Services Accountant in Brisbane.
• Matthew holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Griffith University, Australia, and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (“CAANZ”).

• Prior to joining Quinbrook in 2024, Ed was the Finance Director at Temporis Capital, a renewable energy investment manager, for over 10 years.
• More recently he worked for Greyhound Capital as the Senior Financial Controller.
• He had previous roles at Climate Change Capital, Pantheon Ventures and GMT Communications Partners. He holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Urban Renewal from Liverpool John Moores University. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“FCCA”).

• Jenna began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she focused on equity derivative structuring and capital markets

• Michael joined Quinbrook in 2023 and is a Senior Associate in the Capital Formation and Investor Engagement Team
• Prior to joining Quinbrook, Michael was a Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs within the Asset & Wealth Management Division, where he was responsible for institutional client due diligence.
• Previous experience includes working at JP Morgan, within client onboarding operations for the Latin American Private Bank, and Blackrock, within client onboarding for SMA Operations.

Lauren joined Quinbrook in 2023 and is a Senior Associate in the Capital Formation and Investor Engagement Team

• Prior to joining Quinbrook, Lauren was an Associate at Pantheon Ventures LLP and more recently iCON Infrastructure LLP, focusing on existing client relationships as well as fundraising across EMEA and NA regions.
• Lauren began her career at Old Mutual Global Investors (now Merian Global Investors) as a Client Services Executive focusing on the DACH region.
• Lauren holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and a CertHE in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University.

• Prior to Quinbrook, Ariana was an Associate, LGPS Sales at BlackRock.
• Previous experience includes working at HSBC, which she joined as a Graduate Analyst. While at HSBC, she was responsible for FX Sales and managed marketing materials as well as social media training. She also initiated competitor analysis which helped shape thought leadership and company strategy. While at HSBC she also created a business plan to develop the Global Graduate Council and was the head of the Engagement Pillar.
• Ariana holds an M.Litt in Strategic Studies and an MA(hons) in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.

Amit brings experience across sell-side and buy-side transactions where he was responsible for developing complex financial models, preparing information memorandums and assisting clients with due diligence and investment committee processes.
• Before joining Credit Suisse, Amit was a Senior Analyst within the M&A team at Deloitte Australia providing modelling and valuations services to clients in the broader infrastructure sector.

• Prior to Quinbrook, Laila was an Associate Pipeline Engineer at McDermott Middle East where she supported the Subsea Team on offshore projects. She dual-hatted her engineering role with the role of Area Sustainability Lead for the Middle East.

• Holds a Masters in Management from London Business School as well as an MSc in GeoEnergy and a BSc (hons) in Geology and Physical Geography from the University of Edinburgh.

Mr Lim is an Associate in Quinbrook’s Investment Team in the UK

• Prior to Quinbrook, Ryan was a Senior Analyst at BDO in the Corporate Finance Team in Perth and was responsible for preparing valuation materials across companies and natural resource assets.

• Holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) with First Class Honours from The University of Western Australia. Ryan is currently completing his Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand accreditation.

• Joined Quinbrook’s Australian Investment Team in 2020 to support investment activity across biomass, green electricity retailing, community energy networks, renewable ‘power-to-x’ solutions (including green hydrogen) and infrastructure powering green data centres.

• Joined development arm ‘Private Energy Partners’ (PEP) in 2022 to drive UK investment in utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage (BESS), as well as facilitating opportunities in demand side response and grid support infrastructure.
