  • Senior Vice President, Project Acquisition and Finance for Quantum Utility Generation from 2014 to 2018 where he managed the execution of M&A processes and led project financings in the power generation sector.

  • Director of Project Finance for RBC Capital Markets from 2010-2014 where he structured and executed over USD 6.8 billion in project financings. He led all phases of the financing process including business origination, transaction structuring, due diligence, etc.

  • Vice President for Marathon Capital LLC where he provided advisory services to companies in the renewable energy sector.

  • Vice President in the Project Finance group for Barclays Capital Inc. (Formerly with Lehman Brothers) from 2002 to 2009 where he structured and executed over USD 7 billion in project finance transactions in the power and energy sectors.

  • Holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration, from Franklin and Marshall College.
