Senior Managing Director and Co-Founder/Head of Europe for the CEI division at Capital Dynamics Group between 2010 and 2015. Mr Quinlan served on the CEI Investment Committee.

Senior Director of the Climate Change & Alternative Energy team at Hastings Funds Management in 2009.

Chief Financial Officer and Executive Finance Director of Novera Energy PLC between 2004 and 2009. As CFO, Mr Quinlan was responsible for all investment, financing and regulated activities including capital raisings (equity and debt markets), investment origination, negotiation and investment completion.
- Mr Quinlan has held and continues to hold numerous board positions at portfolio companies in the US, UK/Ireland and Australia.
- Holds a BA in business and accounting and an MA in Commerce from Queensland University of Technology. Mr Quinlan originally qualified as a Certified Practicing Accountant in Australia.
