Managing Director with over 17 years’ experience across transaction execution, portfolio company management, risk management, technical and commercial optimisation

• Mr Breen was previously Operating Director at I Squared where he was a Member of the Board of Directors for multiple portfolio companies and participated in Investment Committee evaluations.

• Prior to I Squared, Mr Breen was Senior Vice President of Operations at Quantum Utility Generation and responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of over 1,500 MWs of natural gas, renewable and coal assets owned or co-owned by Quantum Utility Generation. Mr Breen was also the technical and due diligence lead for all acquisition opportunities.

• Mr Breen has previous global experience in project management, design and permitting of numerous energy related projects.

• Holds a BS Mechanical Engineering, Energy Design emphasis from California Maritime Academy.
