Cathy Jones is based in London and oversees Quinbrook’s global people strategy, culture, and organisational growth. Cathy is a member of Quinbrook’s Operations Committee. 

• Cathy Jones is a commercially-minded HR executive with extensive leadership experience across private equity, financial services, and asset management. With a proven track record in both Fortune 500 companies and boutique firms, she specialises in developing HR strategies that drive business success, from startups to large-scale expansions and transformations.

• As the Chief People Officer at Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners, Cathy leads people strategy, culture, and organisational growth for the firm, bringing her expertise in transformation, M&A, and talent management to the forefront of Quinbrook’s mission. Previously, she served as Head of HR Business Partners for CVC Advisers in EMEA and the UK, and has held executive roles at Northill Capital and BNY Mellon, guiding companies through critical change, leadership development, and succession planning.

• Cathy is known for her pragmatic approach, deep industry insight, and commitment to fostering inclusive and dynamic workplace cultures. She is a trusted advisor, mentor, and advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging, consistently enabling organisations to achieve high-impact results.

• Cathy holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations, a Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Relations from Victoria University of Technology, Australia, and is progressing in her Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, UK.
