Senior Associate

Aliénor Dron joined Quinbrook in September 2025 as a Senior Associate in the Relationships and Fundraising team. 

• Previously, she was Senior Associate at Ardian in Paris, where she began her career in 2020 within the Private Equity and Real Assets Product Specialists team.
• At Ardian, she focused on Infrastructure capital raising, preparing marketing materials, and supporting due diligence for the firm’s flagship Infrastructure funds.
• She also contributed to the launch of specialised vehicles, including an evergreen clean energy small-cap fund and an investment strategy dedicated to the semiconductor value chain.
• She holds an MSc in Management with a specialisation in Finance from IÉSEG School of Management.
