• More than seven years’ experience directing I.T service delivery, infrastructure engineering, and cloud transformation across the education, logistics, investment, and hedge fund sectors.
• Has led cloud migration programs, implemented I.T service management platforms, and delivered infrastructure modernisation initiatives that improved security and operational performance.
• Master of Science in Computer Forensics, University of South Wales.
