Andrew Tarbit

Finance Director

Finance Director with 20 years’ experience in finance, accounting and operations based in London and responsible for the management of the global finance functions spanning the UK, US and Australia.

• Andrew joined Quinbrook in September 2025 from Hearthstone Investments Limited, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all non-investment functions at the real assets investment manager.
• Previously, he served as Fund Accounting Manager at Schroders, a global investment manager with over US$800 billion in assets under management, where he led the financial management of the firm’s flagship Real Assets Fund and multiple segregated mandates.
• Andrew began his career in audit, with PwC specialising in real assets and controls audits.
• Holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry (MChem) from the University of Oxford and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (FCA).
