• Before joining Quinnbrook Gideon served as Director of Fund Financial Control at Arrow Global Group, where he lead a high-performing team and partners closely with senior leadership, boards, and external stakeholders to deliver robust financial insight and operational excellence.
• He is recognised for building strong financial frameworks, enhancing reporting efficiency, and managing complex audits, treasury operations, and cashflow strategy across diverse, regulated environments.
