Senior lawyer with over 13 years of experience in global corporate governance, fund formation and capital raising in the private equity and infrastructure sectors. Holly is a member of Quinbrook’s Operations Committee

Holly Clarke is based in London and has an extensive track record working on fund launches, corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters for global asset managers and corporations.

Prior to joining Quinbrook, Holly was Senior Legal Counsel at AMP Capital, an international investment manager with >USD 120 billion of assets-under-management across both alternative and traditional asset classes. Holly was lead in-house counsel for the global infrastructure equity fundraise, and responsible for legal and regulatory matters in connection with fund formation and capital raising efforts for the international private funds business. In addition, Holly managed corporate governance, regulatory and general legal matters across the UK/Ireland, European, Middle East and Asian offices.

Holly began her career at Linklaters in the Investment Management Group, where she spent time in both the London and New York offices as well as on secondment with Ardian and Goldman Sachs International. Holly then joined the Kirkland & Ellis Funds Team in London advising clients on all aspects of fund formation and governance.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Law, London, and a Bachelor of Science from Durham University.
