Junior lawyer with over six years of experience in fund formation and capital raising in the private equity and infrastructure sectors 

• Ioanna joined Quinbrook as a Junior lawyer with over six years of experience in fund formation and capital raising in the private equity and infrastructure sectors.

• Prior to joining Quinbrook, Ioanna was an Associate at Akin Gump LLP where she advised fund managers, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors in connection with their primary investments in private funds and co-investments. She also worked on some of the largest buyout funds in Europe to-date, providing support across key stages of fundraising and investor relations. Ioanna has also represented clients in general partner (GP)-led recapitalisations and other secondary transactions.

• Ioanna holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nottingham and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from BBP University London.
