• Prior to joining Quinbrook, Mariam was a Senior Associate at Vinson & Elkins where she handled public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments.

• Mariam specialises in negotiating and leading M&A transactions and is highly motivated to assist her team in navigating the challenging landscape of the energy transformation.

• Mariam holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Middlebury College.
