Senior Counsel at Quinbrook and strategic advisor to the firm’s investment committees and portfolio leadership, Mariam leads complex M&A, investments and divestments across renewable power, fuels, storage and grid‑support platforms in the US, UK/Ireland, Australia and Canada. 

• Serves as lead transactions counsel to Quinbrook, partnering with regional leads and the General Counsel to structure, negotiate and close fund‑level investments, exits and portfolio financings; takes end‑to‑end ownership from diligence through post‑close integration. 

• Previously Senior Associate at Vinson & Elkins advising public and private companies and private equity sponsors on M&A, joint ventures and capital investments across energy, infrastructure and the energy transition. 

• Representative work spans renewable fuels and grid‑support assets, large‑scale solar and storage, and complex public company combinations, with multi‑jurisdictional execution experience. 

• J.D., Harvard Law School; B.A., Middlebury College. LCLD Pathfinder (2023). Languages: Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu (fluent); French (working).
