Rachel is a Senior Director at Quinbrook, specialising in the evaluation, structuring and execution of investments across renewable energy and industrial decarbonisation. She supports Quinbrook’s energy transition strategy through transaction leadership and market insight across the Australian power and power-to-X sectors.

  • Rachel leads and facilitates negotiations, evaluations and structuring of new investment opportunities and divestments in the Australian renewables and power-to-X market for investment by Quinbrook-managed funds.
  • She works closely with developers and portfolio companies, including Private Energy Partners, across renewable power, energy and data storage, industrial decarbonisation, grid firming, critical resources, and sustainable fuels. Rachel is a member of Quinbrook’s Valuation Committee and serves as a board director on selected project portfolio companies.
  • Rachel has worked in the energy and infrastructure sector since 2008, spanning engineering, clean energy development and infrastructure investment. Prior to Quinbrook, she held investment roles focused on renewable energy infrastructure, including at Capital Dynamics. She began her career as a process engineer at Worley, providing a strong technical foundation that informs her investment approach.
  • Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) (First Class Honours), The University of Queensland. Certificate in Company Direction, Institute of Directors (IoD).
