The Bauxite Data Centre campus is located within a 2,000-acre development near Frederick, Maryland.

The data center facilities are planned as a multi-building 626 MW campus that utilise a phased approach across three sites, boasting near-term power interconnection dates, competitive power pricing, a range of fibre options, and water and wastewater infrastructure. With advantageous Industrial zoning in place, the first phase of the campus is delivering in July 2025, with the remaining 395 MW between mid-2026 and early 2027, providing a high-value alternative to the congested Ashburn, Virginia, corridor.
