Cinco

Cinco is a 220-acre future data centre campus located within the growing San Antonio market.

The project is strategically sited within AEP’s service territory, avoiding many of the capacity challenges of the local municipal utilities and offers line of site to 300 MW of near-term load capacity.  An additional 400 MW of power capacity has been secured with AEP, with delivery of all 700 MW prior to 2030. With near-term power, abundant water rights and inexpensive power delivery estimated at 35% lower than comparative industrial rates in San Antonio, the site is an attractive opportunity to a hyperscaler customer. Cinco’s expansive and unencumbered land footprint allows for flexible site designs and layout options with room to grow in the future.
